Hitch Haiku
A collection of original haiku about hitchhiking, each composed from a differing vantage point, seventeen syllables at a time.
Author's Note:
While haiku have never been a poetry style I am particularly enamored with--be it in reading them or in the regimented 5-7-5 syllabic meter requirement in creating them--the wordplay of substituting "haiku" for "hiker" was just too irresistible.
